Friendly staff made me feel welcome.

The air conditioning was a nightmare. It would turn off and on at random times, leaving us sweltering in heat during the night. It was so loud when it started up again that it woke us up, making for a sleepless and miserable experience. Also, the bed was uncomfortably soft and sank in the middle, compounding our poor rest.

We stayed for a night and the check-in staff were super friendly! They helped us find a great local Mexican spot that had killer food. Breakfast was alright, though it could really use some biscuits and gravy. No biggie, the rest was decent. Just a bit noisy at night, but overall good vibes!

Our family always loves staying here. The lovely decor added to our cozy experience, and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices. Plus, we appreciated that our dog was welcome! The location was perfect, not too far from I-10, yet very quiet.

I appreciated the easy access to the nearby attractions as a solo traveler eager to discover the city.

There were some concerns during my stay that dampened the experience. The air conditioning unit in my room didn't seem to work properly, lagging in response and not cooling effectively. Additionally, parking was limited, which added a hassle during check-in and check-out. I also encountered a couple of minor cleanliness issues, like a noticeable odor in the room and slow draining sinks and tub, which made for an awkward shower experience. Overall, I felt a bit out of sorts despite the appealing aesthetic.

Colorful Stay with Room for Improvement

The property features bright decor and a great location near eateries. However, the front desk staff could improve in customer service. One attendant seemed annoyed during my check-in, which put a damper on my arrival. I think they should focus on enhancing guest interactions for a better experience.
